Returns & Exchange Policy
To ensure you are fully confident in your purchase, Mehnaaz Jewels Private Limited provides an Easy Returns & Exchange Policy. If you face any issue with your jewellery purchase, you can request a return or exchange within the policy timeframe.
For showroom products (Ships Faster), the Returns & Exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery. For all other products, the policy timeframe is 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with original tags, invoice, certificates and packaging intact.
Gold Jewellery
100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within the policy timeframe. This facility can be availed only one time.
Diamond Jewellery
Eligible for return or exchange for the invoice value within the policy timeframe. This facility can be availed only one time.
Gold Coins
15-day return policy is not applicable for gold coins, silver articles, silver rakhi, silver diamond bracelets/rakhi, customized products, engraving, or personalized jewellery.
How to Request Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange request, contact our support team through email or customer care.
Secure the product along with original invoice, certificates, jewellery box, and all original packaging.
Our team will arrange pickup after request approval.
Products sent without initiating a request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
After quality verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
Important Conditions
Products reworked by third-party jewellers or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Policy applies only for orders delivered within India.
Products purchased through external marketplaces are subject to their respective return policies.
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at Mehnaaz showrooms.
Returned products are subject to quality inspection and verification of original packaging, invoice and product certificates.
Reverse pickup may take approximately 7–10 working days depending upon location.
